About the Project
The Eastern Arc Mountains Project aims to sequester carbon through reforestation (ARR) and avoided unplanned deforestation (REDD+). Restoring and conserving this globally recognized biodiversity hotspot will generate co-benefits for communities and nature, ultimately supporting livelihoods and community well-being long-term.
