The Kenya Coastal Forest Carbon Project represents a significant opportunity to generate high-quality nature-based carbon credits through a forest carbon project. This initiative will support the restoration and protection of critical habitats, prevent irreversible loss of biodiversity for endemic and range-restricted species, and contribute towards community development and resilience.

The Southern Zambia Carbon Project area offers significant potential for restoring woodlands and grasslands while enhancing watershed conservation and wildlife corridor connectivity. Local communities are motivated to drive alternative livelihoods and initiatives supporting landscape restoration. The project focuses on assisted natural regeneration, nurseries for reforestation and enrichment planting of key species, and preventing ecosystem conversion through forest monitoring by guards, community groups, and government oversight.
